As you can see the forum is new to the Homeowners Resource Net. Past attemps of using a forum has proved sucessful to users but also a magnet for Spammers.
This is why the forum is empty at present. It's New!
I hope you find it useful as it builds and encourage you to participate freely.
The rules for the board are very slack but enforced.
